What is CVPay?
CVPay is a payment infrastructure platform for businesses operating in Southeast Asia. We provide pay-in and pay-out services across Vietnam and the Philippines — supporting local bank transfers, QR codes, e-wallets, and USDT on-chain settlement — through a single unified API.
Which countries do you cover?
We support local payment acceptance across our growing network of markets, with on-chain USDT settlement available to any wallet worldwide. Contact us to discuss coverage for your region.
What payment methods do you support?
Bank transfers, QR code payments, and e-wallets across our supported markets, plus USDT deposits on TRC20, BEP20, and Solana. Coverage details are available on request.
Do you offer a test environment?
Merchants are onboarded after a KYB review. A sandbox environment is opened first, and the sandbox is isolated from production.
Can I hold multi-currency balances?
Yes. Your merchant account holds VND, PHP and USDT balances side by side. For exchanges between fiat and USDT, the rate and fees are shown before you confirm, and the exchange is executed at the confirmed rate within the quote validity period.
How do I get support?
Merchants reach us directly on Telegram, with email at kim@cvpayvn.com for anything that needs a written record. Larger accounts get a named contact for technical questions.
What currency will I receive settlements in?
You can settle to a local bank account in VND or PHP, or receive USDT directly to any crypto wallet on TRC20, BEP20, or Solana. The choice is yours — configure per your business preference.
What is the onboarding process?
Onboarding follows five steps: (1) Submit your merchant application and KYB documents. (2) A brief discovery call with our team. (3) Sign the merchant agreement. (4) Receive sandbox credentials and complete technical integration. (5) Go-live review.
Do you support batch payouts?
Yes. You can trigger bulk disbursements via our API in a single call, or use the merchant portal to initiate batch payouts manually. Both methods support status tracking and reconciliation exports.
